A modern apartment in the centre of Antibes
Contemporary crossing apartment entirely renovated located in the center of Antibes at 2 min walk from the train station and the port and 5 min walk from the sandy beach, the Provencal market and the old Antibes. Our 60 m² apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 terraces. It is provided with a free and secure parking lot at 400m. The apartment is quiet, modern and very comfortable. We will be very happy to welcome you and give you our personal and favourite addresses.
Checkin & Checkout
We usually welcome you between 3pm and 10pm to enter the apartment. Please let us know as soon as possible of your arrival time because our professional occupations reduce our availability 🙂
As for the exit, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge for 48 hours, provided you cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival.
After this period, you can cancel up to 7 days before your arrival and receive a refund of 50% of the price per night and the cleaning fee.

Attractions
As a Mediterranean city that Antibes – Juan les Pins has 25 kilometres of coastline and is a vibrant and cultural town with both a rich history and active yachting community. It’s also one of the French Riviera’s preferred destinations for French families.
Antibes has a lot to offer the holidaymaker. With a range of festivities throughout the winter and summer seasons, this town is a bustling mixture of quaint cobbled old town and beach resort that makes for one truly interesting and rewarding trip.
You can mix afternoons at the beach with day-trips to Nice, Monaco and Cannes, which are both minutes from the resort on the TER train.
There’s much to do, with a coastline made for walking, a waterfront fortified by Vauban in the 1600s, numerous museums, a typical provencal market and a lot of nice restaurants.

The bins are to be taken out in the container provided for this purpose from Sunday evening to Thursday evening. The container is positioned in the street from 7pm. Selective sorting with paper and plastic to be taken out on Tuesday evening only.
